A French court rules that France must admit the Gaza population
One of the things that the people who insist that Israel must embrace the residents of Gaza and the West Bank assiduously ignore is that none of the surrounding Arab Muslim countries will admit these same people. After all, it would seem like a natural fit of culture and faith.
The open secret is that people from Gaza and the West Bank are not just disruptive but destructive. They will try to undermine any country in which they get a foothold. They are an amalgam of the worst energy of the Muslim Brotherhood and the Iranian Mullahs, jihadist revolutionaries who dream of glorious societal destruction from which will emerge either a global caliphate or the missing Imam or both.

However, no one told France’s National Court of Asylum (“CNDA”) about this reality. That’s the only reason I can find for why the CNDA opened France’s door to Gaza’s population, ensuring that Islamic radicalism will integrate completely into (and, inevitably, take over) a nuclear-armed Europe (France and the UK).
Just a few months ago, despite pressure from Donald Trump, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordan, the UAE, Qatar, and even the West Bank refused entry to Gaza residents:
The Arab statement warned that such plans “threaten the region’s stability, risk expanding the conflict, and undermine prospects for peace and coexistence among its peoples.”
But France, the same nation that had the despicable antisemitic Dreyfus Affair and that willingly handed its Jews over to the conquering Nazis (72,500-75,000 French Jews died in the Holocaust), thinks everything will be just fine if it welcomes in every resident of Gaza:

The case paved the way for the CNDA to declare that all Palestinians living in Gaza should be entitled to asylum protection in France, Le Figaro reports. The court based its decision on the Geneva Convention, which says that people who face “persecution for reasons of race, religion, nationality, membership of a particular social group or political opinion,” should be considered refugees.
Again, France is a country with nuclear weapons. Meanwhile, the UK, the other European nation with nuclear weapons, has long been eying a plan to bring in Gaza residents.
Once France opens the doors to Gaza residents, it’s game over for Europe. Keep in mind that the open borders within the EU’s thirteen countries mean that Gazans can fan out across Western Europe. And remember, too, that it’s not just the people who wear the Hamas uniform who are bloodthirsty radicals. When the Hamas army entered Gaza, thousands of civilian men trailed in their wake and gleefully participated in the rape and slaughter.
What’s happening isn’t even a case of a Trojan Horse. In the Iliad, the horse looked like a charming and innocent gift. However, in the case of the Muslim Arabs living in Gaza, everyone knows exactly what they are: Stone-cold revolutionary jihadi killers. We don’t have to guess this. It’s their proud, shouted-out identity. Once France lets them in, Europe is a dead continent walking. Soon, nothing will remain.
And lest you think I’m wrong about a country that allows mass Muslim migration, just contemplate the fact that Germany has given up trying to prevent the Muslims who entered in 2015 from raping women. Instead, it’s trying to turn women’s vagina’s into bear traps. In Japan, where Islam the fastest-growing religion, with plans for a future conquest, many Japanese are starting to rally for Muslims to be deported.

The court specifically cited the supposed persecution based on “nationality” faced by Palestinians in Gaza, despite France, like most other nations, not recognising Palestine as a state.
Nevertheless, the judges said that they possessed the “characteristics” of a nationality, which according to the Convention include belonging to a “group determined by its cultural, ethnic or linguistic identity, common geographical or political origins or its relationship with the population of another state.”
While the ruling is novel in declaring such “persecution” of Palestinians, legal experts noted that it would likely only impact around 20 per cent of the population of Gaza, given that 80 per cent were already classified as being refugees by the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) and were therefore already eligible for protection in France.
Although the ruling was hailed by leftist groups such as Amnesty International, others expressed concern about allowing more Palestinians into France, including a former Muslim turned anti-Islamist activist and female rights campaigner, Henda Ayari.
“While France is already grappling with explosive community tensions, it chooses today to unconditionally welcome refugees from Gaza, even though more than 30 Muslim countries refuse to take them in. Why should France, once again, play the role of humanitarian substitute while others categorically refuse to host these populations in their countries?” she questioned.
“We’re talking about a region where Hamas recruits, where Islamist ideology and anti-Semitic, anti-Western hatred are deeply rooted, where many celebrated the massacres of October 7. We cannot pretend to believe that they are all ‘innocent victims.’ Some of these individuals who will arrive in France may have participated in, supported, or condoned terrorism. And tomorrow? They will be housed, fed, and supported at the expense of French taxpayers… while our retirees are dying and our neighbourhoods are exploding,” Ayari lamented.

Løgne, overdrivelser, kriminalitet, stofhandel, drab og terror har vi fået til gengæld fra ikke mindst disse herboende palæstinensere og deres efterkommere. Hvis der også er noget positivt at sige, så vil det komme bag på mig.

Det er nok 15 år siden, jeg skrev i en kommentar på Uriasposten, at en dag vil vi få de samme problemer, som israel har haft med det voldelige og morderiske folk! Spørg egypterne og libaneserne om ‘palæstinensere’. Der var en grund til, at Libanon smed 300.000 af det lede rakkerpak UD for en del år siden. Der findes slet ikke et ‘palæstinensisk folk’, men som Rawff bin-a-Saa har sagt, så er det en sammenblanding af ottomanere og zigøjnere.
Det er meget farligt, at vi har en statsminister, som lader sig styre af følelser og sine svingende hormoner! Hun er jo best pals med zelenskij og Støhre og ham den lille lede frøgnasker, som har hang til oldemødre… hun lefler for de forkerte. Vil hun sige til macron, at vi da også godt kan ta noen??
En fransk appeldomstol har lige afgjort at man gerne må kalde Macrons partner for en mand. Så der er ingen grund til at foregive at hans groomer mand, er en kvinde og da slet ikke en oldemor, da han ikke har kunne få børn, da hans penis har været i vejen.
Den bedste kur for dette voldsfolk ville jo være at deportere dem til lande som Libyen, Marokko, Saudi Arabien, Qatar og Iran. Det er sådanne steder, de hører hjemme. Marokko og saudi skulle nok få dem til at opføre sig ordentligt, og i Qatar vil de føle sig som blandt brødre.
Jeg tænker, at vi ikke må glemme, at det er Islam som ideologi, der er problemet. Det er ikke nødvendigvis mennesker af kød og blod jeg ønsker tilintetgjort.
Det er deres mangel på omtanke der er problemet.

Under den seneste verdenskrig elskede franskmændene nazisterne, som elskede muhamedanerne. Så: Intet nyt fra Vestfronten.
Som tidligere antydet. Islam er problemet og i Vesten er vi, omend ikke historieløse, udstyret med korttids hukommelse og mangel på rygrad.
I øvrigt: Fik jeg fortalt, at jeg stadigt elsker livet på trods af utallige benspænd, som tilsyneladende ingen ende har.
Så her er der ingen bekymringer trods tingenes tilstand.
De skøre norske fjeldaber har jo også stillet deres eget land til rådighed for de “stakkels” forfulgte pestilensere.
