Britisk politi fortsætter med at chikanere det lovlige politiske parti Britain First

Finally, we can provide you all with a substantive explanation of what happened in Wakefield yesterday.

Paul, Ashlea and around a dozen activists from the North West were travelling along the M26 motorway in the white Battle Bus.

Just outside of Wakefield, they were suddenly surrounded by four police vehicles on all sides who kettled them in very tight.

This was a very well-orchestrated ambush.

The police manoeuvred our Battle Bus into Hartshead Moor Services, where more police vehicles were waiting.

Paul pulled the Battle Bus up in an area with no vehicles, and at least six police vehicles – including a dog unit filled with angry canines – surrounded it.

No less than ten police officers confronted the driver’s door and, at first, pretended that it was a “random traffic stop”.

When Paul jumped out of the Battle Bus, he was pounced on and arrested for a “racially / religiously aggravated fear / provocation of violence by words / writing”.

The police bundled him into a custody van and took him off to Normanton police station.

Before he was taken away, Paul nominated long-standing Britain First activist Simon Mayhew-Sanders to drive the Battle Bus away from the scene.

Because of this, the police arrested Simon too!

Then the police raided the Battle Bus and seized Paul’s mobile phone, before impounding the Battle Bus.

The Battle Bus was loaded onto a recovery vehicle and our activists were left stranded at the services.

Simon was also taken to Normanton police station.

Both Paul and Simon were kept in a rancid police cell for ten hours before being interviewed.

The police deliberately left it until it was dark to release them both, so they couldn’t head for Wakefield.

Simon was released with a “no further action” (pictured below).

He was arrested and detained only because Paul nominated him as a driver for the Battle Bus.

When Paul was interviewed, he found out that an aggressive and violent Asian student had made a spurious allegation of racism against Paul.

The Asian man in question stated that Paul racially abused him.

Unfortunately for the student in question, the entire incident was captured on video and clearly shows him walking over to the Battle Bus, punching the security grill and trying to open the driver’s door to get at Paul.

Paul remains calm and barely talks during the entire incident.

The police have only seen a snippet of the video of the incident, and are going to feel utterly stupid when they see the whole thing!

Nevertheless, this is the second time that Wakefield police have harassed a legally registered political party while they are campaigning for a parliamentary by-election in the town.

The false allegation of the Asian student was used as an opportunity to try to utterly de-rail our lawful by-election campaign.

On the exact same day as the incident, the Labour candidate – along with the Deputy Leader of the Labour Party, Angela Rayner – were at the college where the incident happened.

A massive coincidence, or a massive set up?

Paul is going to immediately lodge a police complaint against the Asian student for making false allegations and perverting the course of justice.

West Yorkshire police only had to pick up the phone and Paul would have immediately handed himself in at any police station they requested.

Instead, they organise an elaborate, pointless SAS style ambush involving huge police resources, manpower and vehicles.

They did this because the objective of the entire operation was not to take action against a spurious allegation of racism, but to de-rail our lawful by-election campaign in Wakefield.

The authorities hate the fact that Britain First is daring to stand in a high-profile by-election and they hate the fact that we are campaigning with three Battle Buses almost every day in the town.

Hence the heavy-handed, utterly unnecessary Police State tactics!

After being kept in a police cell for twelve hours, both Paul and Simon were released without charge.

During Paul’s interview, the police threatened him with five years in prison unless he unlocked his mobile phone!

Paul told them to take a running jump off the nearest bridge.

Paul has a bail condition that states he must not enter the town of Wakefield – how convenient!

Make no mistake about it, this was a calculated attempt to de-rail our Wakefield campaign.

This operation would have been orchestrated all the way up the line to the Conservative government and the Home Office.

Paul and Ashlea have been left without any transport because the police impounded the white Battle Bus.

Paul’s iPhone – which he uses heavily to run Britain First – was seized by the police.

Paul has also been in touch with his criminal-law solicitor to discuss a series of complaints and possible legal challenges.

By impounding the white Battle Bus, the police have also seized all of our Wakefield campaign leaflets, banners and t-shirts.

Therefore, we need to rectify these issues immediately.

We need to order new leaflets, banners, t-shirts, and get Paul some new temporary transport and a phone.

If you can find it in your heart to help Paul during this difficult and stressful period, then show him you support him and chip in with a modest donation to help him get back on his feet.

Paul is a fighter and will fight these tyrants all the way.

Chip in below and show Paul unmistakably that you stand shoulder-to-shoulder with him:

Yours sincerely,
Britain First HQ

  1. Fy for satan, myndigheder sat ind mod almindelige lovlydige borgere.

Desværre er det almindeligt også her.
