Nyhedsmedierne skal selvfølgelig informeres, så de kan have kamera-teams klar på aftalte steder og så følge SWAT-teams til adresserne.
De skal selvfølgelig ikke have mulighed for at blive løsladt mod kaution, da de har rige muligheder via deres venner/kollegaer til at påvirke undersøgelserne og få slettet beviser. De skal derfor placeres i isolation i maksimum sikkerheds-fængsler og kun have overvåget adgang til advokater, da advokaterne også kan være indblandet.
De skal selvfølgelig ikke stilles for nogen dommer i Washington D.C. da disse domstole og juryer må anses for kompromiterede.
Desværre er det ren ønsketænkning, for GOP er nogle vatpikke der ikke vil nærme sig nogen juridisk gråzone, selvom deres modstandere ikke spiller efter reglerne.
