A student in Malaysia, Ikhwan Nazri Mohamad Asran, has created software that will allow the Muslim holy book, the Koran to be downloaded onto Playstation Portable (PSP) consoles, which are normally used for vidoegames, listening to music and surfing the Internet.
“It is a way to make young people interested in the Koran and appease parents’ fear that Internet is all about pornography and games,” Ikhwan told Adnkronos International (AKI), explaining his motivation for creating the game.
