Hard-left seek the ‘destruction’ of the United States

The hard left wants to see the destruction of the United States of America because it “offends them to their core,” says filmmaker Ami Horowitz.

It comes as Mr Horowitz performed a social experiment asking US college students to help him raise money for the Taliban “to kill Americans” – with a majority of students agreeing with or donating to the cause.

Mr Horowitz labelled the reactions from fellow Americans as “bizarre” and “disturbing”. “I could not have been more explicit … I could not have been more open and obvious of what the use of proceeds was going to be for,” Mr Horowitz said.

“I want to be clear – this is not just some isolated group of people that say ‘we hate America’ – this really identifies what the hard left is all about. “They want to see the destruction of the United States of America because it offends them to their core – it is revenge for what they see as the original sins of this country.”
