Chelsey’s case shocked the nation:
A mother of three from Sunderland who went out one night, and then woke up in a house full of Syrian migrants.
She had been raped and beaten. And police refused to charge any of the men.
Working with Chelsey and her family, we did several things:
We presented a massive petition to Sunderland police, with more than 100,000 names on it, demanding justice.
We erected a huge billboard in the centre of the city, with the simple words: Justice for Chelsey.
And most importantly, we hired a top lawyer to press the Crown Prosecution Service to do their job, and go after these men.
