Ret ofte er han derfor i stand til at debunke ting, vi troede var sande, også ting du har bragt nyheder om på blokken.

“Geologist and climate change critic Tony Heller joins Jimmy to discuss a new study in Science Advances showing that offshore wind turbines warm the sea surface by up to 1°C by slowing wind, which weakens ocean mixing, shuts down upwelling, and traps heat at the surface—with effects appearing within days and spreading dozens of kilometers from the wind farm. He notes that wind turbines are designed to extract energy from the weather system, intentionally altering weather patterns, and that a wind farm near his home in Cheyenne, Wyoming has already reduced local snowfall.

Heller criticizes the enormous cost and difficulty of dismantling wind farms, pointing to a rusted, defunct wind farm on the southern tip of Hawaii as an example of what will become a widespread eyesore, and notes that one California wind farm has killed an estimated 20% of the United States’ golden eagle population. Jeg har før læst i kommentarer på ing.dk at der i Danmark er påvist en effekt op til 150 km i skyggen af vindmølleparker, men har ikke fundet nogen direkte omtaler af undersøgelser. Selv TV2 Vejret har en artikel om det: https://vejr.tv2.dk/2022-05-18-store-havvindmoelleparker-kan-aendre-vejret-paa-land – Eigil Kaas vrøvler dog som sædvanligt, når han hævder at vindmøller kan mindske stormes styrke. Han glemmer totalt at vindmøller stoppes og drejes, så vingerne giver mindst vindmodstand, når vinden bliver for kraftig, hvilket betyder at de ikke vil nedsætte vindens generelle hastighed under storme eller orkaner.

Hvad der ikke nævnes nogen steder, er at man er nødt til at justere temperaturen ned, for alle vejrstationer der er placeret i læ af vindmøller, da de ikke viser den naturlige temperatur længere.

Jeg har ikke bemærket det mindste pip om dette i MSM, men det ville også være for meget at forlange at de skal give afkald på deres religion og begynde at rapportere ærligt og redeligt om virkeligheden.
