A woman who is the first UK deputy district judge to wear a hijab said she hoped to be a “trailblazer”.

Raffia Arshad, a member of St Mary’s Chambers in Nottingham, received her letter of appointment as judge for the Midlands circuit last week.

  4. Hun er specialist i sharialov. Men hvad med engelsk? Hun vil til hver en tid bære tørklæde og markere at hun ikke hører til et engelsk samfund. Tørklædet markerer afstandtagen (foragt) mod vort sekulære samfund og bevidst stillingtagen for sharia.
    At hun vil dømme efter sharia så langt hun kan er nok helt sikkert – i en engelsk domstol. Det bliver en underminering af samfundet indefra. Og det bliver næsten umuligt at pege ud for dem som ikke kender sharialovgivning. Hun er de muslimske brødres idealfigur.
    I USA findes der en monografi til muslimske dommere.
